In 2020, I wrote a book in 3 days - yep you read that right! A simple exercise book to get you started on mindfulness practices.

A ‘choose your own adventure’ style - where you pick which practice you would like to begin implementing in your life (i.e. Self -Love, Gratitude, Meditation etc.)

The book starts off with exercises to help guide you to who you desire to be and where you desire to be in order to build the foundation for these practices.
